TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement is made between Radheshyam Tours & Travels, hereinafter referred to as "Agency," and the Client, who agrees to the terms outlined below:
1. Scope of Services
The Agency shall provide travel and tourism services, including but not limited to ticket bookings (train, flight, bus), hotel reservations, visa processing, business travel, holiday packages, and spiritual and helicopter travel services.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1. All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through an official communication channel. 2.2. The Agency will provide a free quotation and itinerary for the Client’s approval before booking. 2.3. Once the quotation and itinerary are approved, the Client must make a 100% advance payment before any booking is processed. 2.4. Prices are subject to change based on availability and external factors such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and government taxes.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. 3.2. Cancellation charges will apply as per the service provider’s policy. 3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
4. Responsibilities and Liabilities
4.1. The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers and is not liable for any service lapses by airlines, hotels, or other providers. 4.2. The Agency shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or transport failures. 4.3. The Client is responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, etc.) before the commencement of travel.
5. Client Obligations
5.1. The Client must provide accurate information for bookings. 5.2. The Client must comply with all legal and immigration requirements of the destination country. 5.3. The Client agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
6. Force Majeure
The Agency shall not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any disputes arising from this contract shall first be resolved amicably. 7.2. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
8. Termination of Agreement
8.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with prior written notice of 15 days. 8.2. Any outstanding payments or pending services will be settled before termination.
9. Amendments
The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions. The latest version will be available on the official communication channel.
10. Acceptance
By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
